Kunstlade Gjøl is a small gallery located near Aalborg, Denmark specializing in surrealist and magic-realist art.
Another magical experience awaits at the fall exhibition with the 5 artists on the poster. You can see ceramic works and paintings by Susan Otvig Busch, bronze sculptures by sculptor Helle Rask Crawford and paintings by Dag Samsund, Dutch Peter van Oostzanen and Danny Heinricht.
Artists Helle Rask Crawford and Dag Samsund will be present at the opening and are happy to engage with guests about their work. Danny Heinricht welcomes and opens the fall exhibition.
Drawings and watercolors by Peter van Oostzanen are also on display in the gallery, and drawings, prints and posters by Danny Heinricht are for sale in the studio.
Susan Otvig Busch is exhibiting for the first time at Gallerie Kunstlade Gjøl. She usually works thematically. With oil paint, watercolor and clay. Currently she is interested in how we can restore our respect for and connection to nature. She tries to convey nature magically and enchantingly. One of the ways she does this is through her ceramic objects, her “Splashes,” which are small, quirky and subtle reminders that nature is everywhere. We ARE nature.
Susan lives and works in Risskov, Denmark. She originally has a master's degree in literature and has received ongoing training in painting and ceramics at Aarhus Art Academy.
The gallery is run by Danish artist Danny Heinricht.

The 3-week exhibition will be opend in the studio and offer snacks and drinks there. Jazz musicians Salvador Olmos (guitar) and Andreas Schmitz (double bass) will provide musical accompaniment.
Free admission. Free parking opposite the gallery. Everyone is welcome.
